Under the Indian Arts and Crafts Act it is illegal
to offer or display for sale, or sell any art or craft product in a manner
that falsely suggests it is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the
product of a particular Indian tribe.
Shipping Policy: Guilford Native American Association
offers UPS (United Parcel Service) ground service. USPS Domestic Parcel
Post (United States Postal Service) Service is required on certain items.
Orders will normally be processed in 7 to 10 working (business) days for
items in stock only. For shipping purposes our business (working) days
are Monday through Friday. Our
GNAA Art Gallery is always closed on Mondays.
Note: Guilford Native American Association is closed
Christmas through New Years Day as well as on major holidays and
orders will NOT be processed and filled during these holiday time periods.
GNAA will strive to process and fill your order as quickly and feasibly
as possible prior to holidays. GNAA will continue to process and fill
any remaining orders after we return during working days.
If we can not fill your order we will notify you as soon
as possible. Item colors and packaging may not always exactly match the
item displayed. Certain items including stationary, greeting cards, etc.,
may of course have slight variances of color which would be normal for
such items and should not be considered flaws of the item.
It is GNAA policy to charge the applicable 7% sales tax
for all items delivered in North Carolina. All items are priced in United
States Dollars. We accept Master Card and Visa Cards. GNAA
also accepts Cashiers, Personal and Business Checks.
No third party checks please. Orders are processed as soon as payment
has been received and verified. When an order has been placed through
our GNAA Online Catalog (Web Site Shopping Cart) you will receive an email
invoice of your order. ALL URGENT ORDERS must be placed over the
phone with a credit card to our Art Gallery during Gallery business hours
at (336)-273-6605, or Pocosin Indigenous Designs and the Pocosin Online
American Indian Store during business hours at (336)-273-8686 or through
our online shopping cart system. DO NOT MAIL IN URGENT ORDERS PLEASE.

A Guilford Native American Association
representative will call and/or email to verify your order and credit
card information. Please allow us a reasonable period for our accounting
department to verify your checking information if you have opted to
send a check.
Security and Privacy Information:
GNAA does not resell your email addresses
and information. You may receive, however, email from us about new items
and/or specials. Customer shopping security is taken very seriously.
Guilford Native American Association uses the Americart Shopping Cart
service. Transactions are conducted on Americart's secure server.
Warranty Information: Guilford Native
American Association warrants to the original purchaser all GNAA made
products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period
of 30 days from the date of purchase by such purchaser. Guilford Native
American Association shall at its option repair or replace free of charge
any GNAA product found to be defective upon company inspection during
that 30 day period. On other items we will refer purchaser to the manufacturer/vendor/supplier
for assistance for items covered under manufacturer warranties. Certain
items offered have a manufacturers warranty that may extend beyond a
30 day program. In the event defects are experienced in products offered
by these manufactures, the original user is to return the product to
an authorized service center for repair or replacement, as outlined
by the manufacturers warranty.
Note: Vendor/supplier serviced items should
be returned by the initial purchaser directly to the vendor/supplier
within their stated warranty or service period(s). The length
of warranties varies depending on manufacturer's individual program(s).
Check for any warranty/service documentation provided by the Vendor/Supplier
with the item purchased! You may also wish to call, email, or write
the Vendor/Supplier directly. In most cases GNAA will be able to supply
to you a phone number, email, or mailing address as provided by the
Vendor/Supplier. Certain items including stationary, greeting cards,
etc., may of course have slight variances of color which would be normal
for such items and should not be considered flaws of the item.
